About Your Visit
We are so happy that you have decided to obtain an opinion from Dr. Feigenbaum! Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. For new patients, there are several tasks that need to be completed and in place prior to your consultation. A list of items will be provided to you such as what to bring with you to your appointment, insurance requirements, and payment arrangements. For follow up patients, you may need to discuss additional items such as medical records, disability paperwork, FMLA or return to work forms, or travel documentation. Click the link for more details.
